Weekly Lawncare Package
Includes mowing turf areas, weed and grass trimming, edging (as needed), blowing clean of driveways, porches and patios. Disposal fee where applicable. Please see disclaimers.
Core Aeration
Core aeration creates small holes in the soil which improves soil drainage, reduces soil compaction, and controls thatch buildup. Please see disclaimers.
Dethatching
Removal of excessive thatch (dead grass and plant matter) buildup allows more air, water and nutrients to reach the root zone of turf grass resulting in a healthier lawn. Disposal fee where applicable. Please see disclaimers.
Bed Redefining
Redefining the edge of flower and garden beds for a crisp, sharp edge. Minimum charge is one hour. Please see disclaimers.
Bed Clean-Up
Cleaning out debris from flower and garden beds, trimming back old growth on plants and weeding. Minimum charge is one hour, disposal fee where applicable. Please see disclaimers.
Mulch Installation
Mulching adds an attractive, finished look to any flower bed, as well as adding contrast and color. Mulch also reduces the need for watering by holding in moisture. All mulch prices include labor, pick-up & delivery, materials and any disposal if necessary. Mulch is available in 3 options: Standard Hardwood, Dyed (ex: Red, Chocolate) and Premium (Bark, Cedar, etc). Please see disclaimers.
Seeding/Over-Seeding
Laying fresh grass seed on bare soil, over-seeding thin spots on turf. Plus cost of materials. Please see disclaimers.
Lawn Fertilization
Your soil supplies some of the nutrients that turf grass needs but most soils are not able to provide all of them during the entire growing season. A healthy and actively growing lawn uses a great deal of energy. Fertilizer helps your lawn stay healthy by promoting new leaf and root growth.
Hedge-Trimming
Trimming excess growth from hedges to a neat and manageable size. Minimum charge is one hour, disposal fee where applicable. Please see disclaimers.
Flower & Shrub Removal
Removing any dead or unwanted shrubs, annuals or perennials from beds. Minimum charge is one hour, disposal fees where applicable. Please see disclaimers.
Flower & Shrub Planting
Service involves planting of shrubs, annual and perennial flowers as well as an addition of slow-release fertilizer. We will sit down and consult our clients about what plant types, colors, etc, would do best in their particular landscape environment. Minimum charge is one hour, plus materials. Spring/Fall Clean-Ups
Includes weed and grass trimming, stick and leaf removal, blowing or raking flower beds clean of debris, edging. Disposal is included.
Disclaimers
We offer Pay-as-You-Go service, as well as long term service contracts. Pay-as-You-Go requires payment at the time of service. Contracted service may be paid weekly, or by the month (at the start of the month). We accept cash, credit or debit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Square or Stripe.
In order to continue to offer free estimates, as well as cover rising fuel costs, pick up and delivery fees, and disposal fees, some services are billed at a minimum of one hour.
Prices may vary depending on factors such as property size (from standard quarter acre residential up to one acre residential), number of obstacles on property, excessive trimming needed, etc.
Overgrown properties (grass over 6" tall) will be charged according to height.
Yard waste disposal fee will be charged where applicable ($10/can for the 1st 4 cans, $5/can thereafter).
Pet waste fee of $25 will be charged where applicable. We ask our clients to dispose of waste before service.
Some services may require a deposit.
